The Sit. Write. Repattern. Immersion is ultimately about offering ourselves access to the empowerment of our true nature, through practices and frameworks that we can access over and over again. This immersion will revolutionize how you think about power and how you vitalize your life through choice. It will also transform how you work with shame - a process that sneakily pervades our lived experience. The practices will help you to transform stuck emotional stories by giving you full access to the liberated potential of the mandala of your life. Mandala inquiry yields Spaciousness, Clarity, Equanimity, Discernment, & Faith and access to an inner source of connection to free yourself.

Inner narratives infiltrate every part of our lives.
Often these stories carry the subtle imprints of unresolved pain and defensiveness; traces of our lived experiences of trauma.

More importantly, the veil of self-ignorance, and the shame shields that protect us from that false sense of separateness, become a clouded lens through which we see the world. Societal forces are experts at reinforcing even the most subtle of our confusions. These traces of undigested material can take over our mindstreams and surreptitiously direct our life choices.

If we want to tap into an elevated vision for our lives, and awaken to the beauty of existence, we get to look more deeply at the constriction in the field of the mind.

During this one-day immersion, we will explore how to soothe the mind and unhook from identification with the complexities of our strongest emotional burdens. We'll open up the possibility that the deepest Self abides in a field of loving-kindness big enough to hold it all.

The Sit. Write. Repattern. Immersion offers a taste of how it feels to be held in the meditative container of sangha. The process of transforming shame narratives within the mandala gives us the space to go inward, tap into deep, creative urges, and empower the vision for our lives. Together, we'll:

  • Use a Gestalt-Inspired technique to support yourself to access inner empowerment
  • Learn how shame operates and how to access an inner source of connection that empowers you to get free
  • Build skills in connecting with others and access the antidote to shame
  • Practice and integrate somatic approaches to self-healing and waking up
  • Transform inner narratives and negative self-talk and link arms with the wisdom light
  • Develop Antenna Listening skills that support a liberated life

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS

A Day to Immerse in Transformative Practices & Teachings

Sunday, May 7th ~ 9:00 am - 2:00 pm Pacific Time

Gather live on Zoom. We'll share fundamental dharma teachings and psychology principles as a foundation for our work together. We'll move through a series of meditation, listening, and creative writing practices. We'll work individually, with partners, and in group sharing and somatic exercises to unlock and explore what unfolds. Those who do not want to share will always have the option to opt-out.

 

Ideally you will attend this event live. Please set aside the day to participate.
If you cannot attend live, a recording will be available for 30 days. Keep in mind that some of the richest segments of these events are interactive, community shares.

MEET YOUR GUIDE

Kelly Blaser

Kelly is the founder of DharmaBridge and a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with an emphasis in Buddhism, Śaiva and Śakta Tantra, and Somatic Psychology. She is dedicated to the power of metta (loving-kindness), meditation, and creative practice as avenues for accessing reality, and thus, true transformation at the personal and collective level.

Kelly offers programs in meditation, mindfulness, creative practices, and compassionate self-inquiry. She offers practices to help people pierce through conditioning, open up to possibility, access authentic experiences of bold self-expression, heal splits inside themselves, and connect with the courage to create and accept change, both internally and collectively.

She draws inspiration from the Zen, Vipassana, Vajrayana, Śaiva, and Śakta teachings, as well as from the wildness of nature and the power of social change movements.​
