3 DAY VIRTUAL RETREAT • WITH KELLY BLASER

Sculpt Change
A Yoga, Meditation, and Creative Practice Retreat
for the Human Family

OCTOBER 20 - 22, 2023

Consciousness is Infinitely Creative...

AND YET WE ALL GET STUCK.

RETREAT is THE ULTIMATE RE-SET.
PRACTICE IS NOT A LUXURY, but is core to EVOLVING OUR LIVES and BEING WHO WE TRULY ARE.

This retreat will support you in RESTING INTO ESSENCE and SCULPTING CHANGE.

HERE'S HOW:

Explore New Practices

Be Reflected

Write & Create

Experience Deep Rest

Meditation and Yoga Asana will settle anxieties, open up spaces of joy, and create intimacy with the wholeness of life. All levels are welcome! Practicing together virtually, we will enter into a deep space of meditative inquiry and inner growth.

Be held and reflected by an insightful, clear community (sangha). Being reflected, we get real insight into how conditioning operates, and where freedom lies. We then take in the celebration of being a human, living a precious human life, and we get clarity about our personal work. One of the biggest lies of conditioning is that we are alone. We cannot do it alone, nor do we have to.

Stepping into the wildness of a new environment and spending time in inner contemplation & creative play is the recipe for creating deep surrender and radical change. Create a place of refuge in your space, as you engage with writing practices and intuitive art.

There is deep magic in rest, and this retreat will prioritize down time. Letting go into rest is often is exactly what we need to move ourselves in the direction of healing, aliveness, and empowered transformation. Come together for a long weekend of somatic, contemplative, and creative practices, knowing there will be space for the deep rest required to integrate, and open to our dharma.

My intention for this retreat...

During the Sculpt Change Retreat, you'll experience a hand-picked selection of teachings and techniques from the lineages of Buddhism, Śaiva & Śakta Tantra, & modern psychology. You'll open up the dense structures of mind, shift perspective, and generate compassionate attitudes and actions.

Our practices will emphasize meditation, writing, and interactive Antenna Listening exercises, and will also include creative drawing, breath work, mantra, movement, and asana. You'll see how these approaches will open awareness, transform your sense of yourself, and bring peace to your heart.

This retreat is for you if...

  • You are longing for both deep rest and profound change. You see the possibility for infinite transformation, and you also need grounding, inward practices to help you truly settle into center.

  • You are not a monk. Life is full, but you have a deep desire for a consistent grounded practice. You want to connect your spiritual practice to the flow of daily life so you can meet the challenges of emotions with equanimity, trust, and loving kindness.

  • You wish to feel connected, AND have time to go inward. You are drawn to the unparalleled benefits that come from linking our practices together and connecting with sangha (community).

  • You are interested in a taste of some of the deeper work that unfolds in DharmaBridge and other programs.

  • In the presence of timeless dharma wisdom, a sangha to share the path, and your own awakened nature, you are ready to lift yourself out of habit and reach toward creative light.

OCTOBER 20 - 22, 2023

Kelly Blaser is the founder of DharmaBridge and a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with an emphasis in Buddhism, Śaiva and Śakta Tantra, and Somatic Psychology.

She is dedicated to the power of metta (loving-kindness) as the driver of access to reality, and thus true transformation at the personal and collective level. Her programs and courses focus largely on the power of applying the dharma to one's relationship with oneself and others. Kelly helps people train themselves in meditation, mindfulness practices, and compassionate self-inquiry, so they can gain freedom from conditioned mind, open up to possibility, and contribute to deep systems change at the level of the collective, for the benefit of all beings.

Kelly began yoga and sitting practice in 1989. She has taught yoga and meditation since 1997 and has been an MFT for over 12 years. She draws inspiration from the Zen, Vipassana, Vajrayana, Śaiva, and Śakta teachings, as well as from the wildness of nature.
