"Shut your eyes so the heart may become your eye, and with that vision look upon another world." - Rumi
Open to Authentic Vision, Possibility, and Rejuvenation this New Year's.
Sitting together at the cusp of the New Year will be an opportunity to turn towards what is real and good and true. We'll get to settle into the breath, feel into deep possibility, and greet the New Year rejuvenated and inspired.
Together, we'll open up to the most sincere visions and the deeper knowings which live within the pure intention of our heart.
Let's come together for three days of meditation, mindful movement, creative practice, and dharma exploration.
Kelly Blaser is the founder of DharmaBridge and a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with an emphasis in Buddhism, Śaiva and Śakta Tantra, and Somatic Psychology. She is dedicated to the power of metta (loving-kindness), meditation, and creative practice as avenues for accessing reality, and thus, true transformation at the personal and collective level.
Kelly's programs in meditation, mindfulness, creative practices, and compassionate self-inquiry help people pierce through conditioning, open up to possibility, access authentic experiences of bold self-expression, heal splits inside themselves, and connect with the courage to create and accept change, both internally and collectively.
She draws inspiration from the Zen, Vipassana, Vajrayana, Śaiva, and Śakta teachings, as well as from the wildness of nature and the power of social change movements.
