Practicum
8-week peer practicum where you’ll put your learning into practice.
Gain hands-on experience facilitating your own writing session to an audience of your peers and mentors.
For some of us, the healing journey doesn't end with our own personal transformation. Some of us feel inspired to be the guiding light for others on their own path of healing and awakening.
You may already know the profound healing that can happen when people are given a compassionate structure for listening to their deeper selves through writing. If you feel called to help create that experience for others, the Writing Across the DharmaBridge Facilitator Licensure program is an invitation to answer that call.
You'll begin where every facilitator does: as a participant. Together with your cohort of Seekers, you'll experience the full 12-week journey of Writing Across the DharmaBridge from the inside, allowing the practices, teachings, and writing invitations to take root in your own life, first.
Along the way, you'll learn the fundamentals of the Śaiva principles we use in Writing Across the DharmaBridge, and explore how to engage with them in ways that make this work both psychologically safe and spiritually nourishing. You'll also develop the skills to facilitate groups with clarity, presence, and care. Through weekly practice sessions, mentoring, and a supervised teaching practicum, you'll gradually step into the role of facilitator while being supported every step of the way.
If you feel drawn not only to walk this path yourself, but to help others discover it too, we'd be honored to welcome you.
Join us for a live session geared towards opening to the mystery of it all; opening to a state of awe rather than confusion.
In addition to the benefits of the standard track, you'll:
Graduate with a license to offer the complete program in your own community or business, backed by an established curriculum and branding materials.
Add Kelly's distinctive, contemplative writing methodology to your work as a coach, therapist, educator, spiritual teacher or facilitator, without having to build a program from scratch.
Develop a deep understanding of the curriculum's philosophy, arc and progression, including how to apply the Five Acts of Śiva as a profound framework from Śaiva Tantra for creative and spiritual transformation.
Internalize the practices at a level that enables you to teach from lived experience, not just theoretical understanding.
Through regular small group check-ins, you’ll expand your capacity to guide others from the teacher’s seat with presence, clarity, and care.
Lead your own session in a low-pressure, high-support peer practicum where you'll receive in-depth feedback to help you develop competency and confidence.
A buddy system, experienced guides, and a shared commitment to this work mean you'll never navigate it alone.
Once licensed, you'll appear on the DharmaBridge website, making it easy for clients to find and work with you.
This licensure program is for those who are called to support others in accessing the wisdom, clarity, and healing that a compassionate writing practice can awaken. Whether you're already guiding others, aspire to do so, or simply feel drawn to share this work with your community, you'll find both a thoughtful framework and a supportive sangha in which to grow.
Feel inspired to guide others on a path of healing, self-discovery, and awakening.
Are curious to explore the teachings of Śaiva Tantra and Tantric Buddhism as a living path toward recognizing and embodying our inherent sacredness.
Believe that writing can be a powerful doorway to insight, authenticity, and meaningful change.
Want to facilitate writing experiences that are grounded, compassionate, and create the conditions for healing.
Value teaching from your own lived experience as much as from knowledge or theory.
Would prefer to offer an established curriculum and facilitation method rather than creating something new on your own.
Appreciate having mentoring, community, and ongoing support as you grow into this work.
Want to expand your professional offerings in a way that feels deeply aligned with your values and purpose.
Still not sure if it’s right for you?

Not at all. This isn't a performance-based writing program, and we're not interested in perfect grammar, polished prose, or literary talent. Our writing practice is an invitation to listen deeply, write honestly, and discover what wants to emerge. As a facilitator, you'll learn to help others do that by modeling it yourself.
Upon successful completion of the program, you'll receive a license to facilitate Writing Across the DharmaBridge within your own community or business, using Kelly's established curriculum and branded materials. You'll receive a comprehensive curriculum guide and facilitation resources, and will be designated an Independent Certified Instructor.
We also include a complete marketing toolkit with branded materials to help you confidently offer the program. Your certification includes a listing in our public instructor directory. Marketing and enrollment for your own offering are your responsibility, and promotion through DharmaBridge's own email list or social channels are not included.
This license asks you to hold the curriculum as it was given to you, teaching it with the same care and integrity it was created with, without adapting it or training others to teach it. A License Agreement outlining these terms is a standard part of enrollment, and we'll walk you through it clearly before your cohort begins.
Disclaimer: This is a professional license to teach a proprietary program. It is not a state-issued license and does not constitute a clinical credential.
You'll be supported throughout the program by Kelly, experienced mentors, and a close-knit cohort of peer facilitators-in-training. In addition to the weekly live sessions, you'll receive feedback during practice sessions, guidance throughout your teaching practicum, and the encouragement of a sangha that's learning and growing together.
During the 8-week practicum (January–February 2027), each facilitator-in-training will lead a complete Writing Across the DharmaBridge session for your facilitation peers and members of the Seeker cohort, giving you hands-on facilitation experience within a supportive learning environment. After each session, Kelly and the mentor team will offer thoughtful feedback to help you continue growing in confidence and skill.
No. You'll learn the full curriculum of Writing Across the DharmaBridge alongside your cohort of seekers before learning to facilitate it yourself. The licensure program is designed to help you grow into the role, step by step. While many of our participants are coaches, therapists, educators, and facilitators, this training is open to anyone with the willingness to engage deeply with the work and serve others with presence, compassion, and care.
The full tuition for the Facilitator licensure – including the 12-week Writing Across the DharmaBridge program – is $2,700. Flexible payment plans are available. Early Bird pricing, along with discounts for prior DharmaBridge students, mentors, and Writing Across the DharmaBridge alumni, is also offered. We also have a limited needs-based scholarship fund available.
Your license is valid for one year from the date of certification, and you can stay current through continuing education. Annual renewal trainings, offered at a low-cost (for founding members, you’ll pay under $200 for annual recertification)through DharmaBridge, will keep your license active while strengthening your skills and your connection to the DharmaBridge community.

This isn't simply training to lead a program. You'll deepen your own work, learn to listen more deeply to your own creative inklings, and to trust silence.
You'll practice holding space for others; to recognize when to invite, when to witness, and when to simply allow another person's wisdom to emerge in its own time.
Whether you're a coach, therapist, teacher, spiritual guide, or simply someone who feels inspired to hold meaningful spaces for others, this training offers both a practical framework and a living practice.
You'll leave with a curriculum to teach, and - perhaps more importantly - with a deeper capacity to embody it.
